We purchased the Viking/Vortex Aquagym Max Swim Spa in mid April of this year. The initial process was very smooth. Clay and Pete worked diligently to get us set up for "staycation 2020".
After the sale, however, they became very busy due to the Covid-19. I still needed assistance with understanding the control panel, and though they did attempt to answer my questions, it was apparent that I was on-my-own going forward. I'm rating them a low 3 due to their failure to stay in touch with me and resolve all of my questions. We paid over $20k for this thing and have asked for replacement filters, as back ups, and we still do not have them. Also, one of the two main lights is already burned out, and we hardly ever turn them on.
If they finally reach out and resolve these issues, then I would probably re-rate them to a strong 4. We'll see what happens after today's attempts to get them to address the issues and as to whether we would have to go to a different level of support. We love the spa, but the service after the sale is questionable, at least at this point.
