I don't give many reviews. But being so pleasantly surprised I am inspired to do so. Bought a hot tub Dec 2019. That in itself was straight forward, as promised, and no hassling. Fast forward 1.75 years later and my heater goes out. I figured shot-in-the-dark to try to get service from where I bought it. Turns out it was easy to get connected, they had all my information, and Chandler the service guy was super knowledgeable, and told me over the phone what to look for that causes this to happen in a day's time. It was like he was standing beside me... are you cushions deteriorating? Yes, some time ago. Is there just a little corrosion on the heater contacts? Yup - not that I noticed. That's a PH problem and not covered by warrantee. (Seems right.) So how much is THAT going to cost me? Thankfully, it was reasonable enough that I'm going to let Chandler do it all so I'm not watching YouTube videos to figure it out. I'll tell anyone that after 1.75 years I'd do business again here and wouldn't hesitate to call Chandler if anything else happens.
